Who the heck is Tom Grey?
It's a good question, and frankly one that I ask myself every day.
From the top level, I am an author, screenwriter, and filmmaker. My latest fun news is that my sci-fi neo-noir book, SCRATCH (coming soon) was recently set up as a film at Amazon MGM with Joe and Anthony Russo, the directors of Avengers Doomsday. Casting details to come soon!
And don't get me started on my upcoming visual audio book: A FANTASTICAL MAGICAL MYSTERY, narrated by Luke Daniels. I'll be posting about that one a lot in the not too distant future.
Once upon a time, I drank heavily from the geek well, partnering with comic book legend Stan Lee, internet queen Felicia Day, and many of the early YouTube stars in the baby days of internet video. During those crazy years, I became one of the world's leading experts on filming overly extravagant piano videos (weird, I know), and started my own production company making commercial content for brands such as Blizzard Entertainment, Crunchy Roll, Anime Expo, Microsoft, and Google, etc. Videos I have produced and directed have amassed over half a billion views across platforms.
Then, in 2019, I decided to refocus on writing just in time for a global pandemic to shake up the world. Now, I'm writing books and screenplays, producing films, and occasionally making content on ye 'old interwebs at my personal YouTube Channel: @TomGreyExploresTheWorld.

If you've followed me over the years then you no doubt already know that the Guild is having are reunion movie kickstarter. And if not, click the below and go check it out.
Felicia Day is one of my favorite creators. We had such a good time making content in the Geek & Sundry days. The Player Piano series and all that came after it wouldn't have happened if not for Felicia. So to say I'm excited about a Guild Reunion movie is an understatement. And apparently others are too, since the Guild just broke kickstarter records of the most funds raised by a film in the first 24 hours, beating out the previous record holder Veronica Mars.
